The work is based on the evocative and poetic qualities of landscapes. For the Turkish diaspora Turkish landscape is nostalgic, lithic and unchanging. Britain and the United Arab Emirates are two other nations that feature in this series of works. It is based on the juxtaposition of landscape images and spaces with the traditional household objects and outdoor installations.
